Dharma Durai directed by Seenu Ramasamy is an upcoming rural entertainer for Vijay Sethupathi. Tamannaah plays the main female lead who had dubbed her own voice for the first time. She will be in a complete anti-glamorous role as a teacher while the actor plays a doctor role. It is a 4-heroine project with Srushti Dange, Aishwarya Rajesh and a newcomer Aishwarya Kumar sharing the screen space. Radhika Sarathkumar is also a part of the cast playing Vijay Sethupathi’s mother. The film’s music was scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the audio launch is scheduled to take place on May 5. The lyrics for the songs are penned by Vairamuthu. This would be the first album for Yuvan to release in this year after Idam Porul Yaeval with the same team. Produced by Studio 9 Productions, the shooting was completed in March and the post production works are going on. It is likely to hit the screens for this Summer while Seenu Ramasamy’s another movie with Vijay Sethupathi Idam Porul Yaeval is still delayed. The director had also left a word that if Dharma Durai makes a blockbuster hit, it will be remade in Hindi with Aamir Khan. Good luck to the National Award Winning director to go places !!
