Marudhu is an upcoming action film directed by Muthiah who earlier directed Komban. The film stars Vishal and Sri Divya in the lead roles. Set in the background of Madurai and Rajapalayam it is expected to be a rural action entertainer. Radha Ravi is also a part of the cast . The music is composed by D.Imman who earlier collaborated with Vishal in Pandiyanaadu and Paayum Puli. Both the albums were decent hits. The latest news is that Anirudh has also crooned a song and it is said to be of the rural tone. Earlier he joined with Imman to give us the sensational hit “Dandanakka” from romeo juliet and the expectation for this song is too high. R.K.Suresh who made his debut with Tharai Thapattai is playing the antagonist. Velraj takes care of the camera while Praveen K.L. handles the editing part. The film is distributed by Vishal Film Factory and will release in the month of May 2016.
