With the release of G.V. Prakash Kumar’s 50th album Theri on March 20, the versatile actor cum musician has moved on to his next project. It would be director Mithran Jawahar’s film ‘Meendum Oru Kadhal Kadhai’ featuring Gowtham and Isha Talwar. Mithran Jawahar is known for making remake movies like Kutty and Uthama Puthiran. Meendum Oru Kadhal Kadhai is a musical romantic film and the plot runs around the leading characters belonging to Hindu and Muslim religion who fall into love with each other. Music plays a very important role in bringing out the essence of the film and hence GV has to work with much involvement. The movie is actually an official remake of the Malayalam superhit Thattathin Marayathu which had Nivin Pauly and Isha Talwar in the leading roles. A first single track will be released on April 1 from the young composer. Arjunan, Thalaivasal Vijay, Sangili Murugan, Vidyullekha Raman and many others are playing supporting roles in this flick. Apart from acting, Sangili Murugan is also bankrolling this romantic flick.
