Samuthirakani who is presently busy with the post production works of his upcoming movie Appa has shared to the media that he will make his next film with Jayam Ravi. After the success of Thani Oruvan, almost all the Tamil directors are coming forward to make a movie with the tall & handsome actor. Not only Ravi, but Samuthirakani has also talked with Sasikumar for a film. Both of them are very much willing to work in his direction and is spoken to act anytime under him after the script is ready. It was last in Poraali that he worked with Sasikumar and in Nimirnthu Nil he worked with Jayam Ravi. Both the films were loaded with sending a thoughtful message to the viewers. Apart from the new script, he wants to make his movie Appa in Telugu with Venkatesh, in Malayalam with Mammootty and in Kannada with Puneeth Rajkumar. Speaking about the movie Appa, the director plays the titular role and will show the importance of fatherhood. Appa will also throw light on the present education system prevailing in our country and was inspired from his life incident when choosing a school for his son. The music was composed by Maestro Ilaiyaraja who was also in praises for the director after watching the good things in the film.
