Vijay starrer Theri is going to release in Tollywood simultaneously as the Tamil version. But the title will not be the same for it. The makers have selected ‘Winner’ to be the title for it. Directed by Atlee and produced by Kalaipuli S. Thaanu, the movie will see the light by April month for the Tamil New Year weekend. It is a four day weekend and will definitely fetch a good collection. The teaser and trailer were released few days back and garnered positive response. It has also smashed the records by crossing 5 million views and overtaking Ajith’s Vedhalam and Yennai Arindhaal. The producer cum distributor Dil Raju has purchased the Telugu theatrical rights for the movie’s dubbed version. It is to be noted that most of Dil Raju’s production works have been a success at the box office. Meanwhile Suriya’s 24 will also hit Tamil & Telugu screens in the same month. Further the April month also has some big releases like Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Allu Arjun’s Sarrainodu standing as competitors to Winner.
