Versatile supporting actress Ramya Krishnan who is well matched with any roles that she play in is given with another unique opportunity. She was approached to do horror character under the direction of her husband and director, Krishna Vamsi. Titled as Rudraksha, this is her third collaboration with her spouse almost after a decade when she did a cameo in Sri Anjaneyam in 2004. We have seen her in early 1990s playing Goddess and this would be the first time for her to play a ghost role. But she will not be a conventional ghost with frightening make-ups but a wandering soul with a much refined character. This role was actually offered to Prakash Raj who had to lose it due to tight schedule. This Telugu flick also has Samantha in the leading role and will kickstart by June month. We also hear that this film would be the most expensive venture in the director’s career with lots of visual effects.
