Vishal’s long awaited Sandakozhi 2 with director Lingusamy is announced to be kick started from the end of February. Lingusamy had been tangled under hard times since the delay in the release of his production venture Rajini Murugan. It is time for him to move on from this Pongal to work on Sandakozhi 2. The pre production works will be done along with the selection of female lead. So far the word heard was it will be set in the backdrop of Madurai and will be completed in 2 schedules. Meanwhile Vishal has to complete the shooting of Marudhu. Directed by the Komban director Muthaiah, it has completed 50% of the filming. The second long schedule is expected to be completed by the mid of February.
