Thanga Magan starring Dhanush had hit the theatres on December 18 and has been receiving good responses. Meanwhile he has nodded for a new flick with his brother and director Selvaraghavan.

Selvaraghavan has been an important milestone for Dhanush since the start of his career and we expect the same this time. Their fourth and last venture together was Mayakkam Enna in 2011. Dhanush himself will produce the movie and Samantha is roped in to pair with him again.

Anirudh will compose the tunes and the shooting is likely to start by February 2016. Other movies for Dhanush, Kodi directed by Durai Senthilkumar is scheduled to run on floors from December 23rd and Vada Chennai with Vetrimaaran is postponed after the making of Selvaraghavan’s film.

Selvaraghavan, is an Indian film director who has directed predominantly Tamil language films. After writing the script for his father's directorial venture Thulluvadho Ilamai (2002), Selvaraghavan went on to make a series of romantic drama films with Kadhal Kondein (2003) and 7G Rainbow Colony (2004) before also venturing to make coming-of-age films Pudhupettai (2006) and Mayakkam Enna (2011). He has also ventured into making fantasy films, depicting a fantasy Chola kingdom in Aayirathil Oruvan (2010) and a parallel universe in Irandam Ulagam (2013).
