Singam 3, the third installment for Suriya after giving commercial hits with the previous two parts is in the fast pace of pre-production development. Directed by Hari, Suriya will play the CID officer in this flick as similar to the previous ones where he was seen as a Commissioner of TN Police. The first schedule of shooting was supposed to be kickstarted by this month at Kolkata but looks like it will be delayed due to incessant rains there too. The second schedule is likely to run at Chennai and some foreign locations as reported by the team. Anushka will be the love lady for Suriya as expected but in the supportive second heroine role, Shruti Haasan is roped in. It is not any romantic role but as his co-worker in CID which is the first time for the gorgeous lady. We can also expect her active in some action sequences and may bring upon a different look. Meanwhile Suriya’s Pasanga 2 will be released by December 24 and his sci-fi thriller 24 is also gearing for hitting the theatres by the start of 2016.
