Kamal Haasan starrer Uttama Villain which did not hit the commercial numbers in Kollywood has got new feats now. It has been sent to the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards for bagging prestigious awards. The unedited version which is a bit lengthier will be screened in the Fest. It is said to compete in different categories like Best Actor, Best Film, Best Music composer and Best Sound Designer. It would be a great honour to Ulaganayagan and the actor turned director Ramesh Aravind for his debut venture to be recognised globally.
