Samantha who has completed her shooting in Vijay 59 is gearing for the release of Thangamagan by December. She will be seen pairing with Dhanush for the second time in Vada Chennai. As understood from the title, it is a movie to be taken with a backdrop of North Chennai, especially the slum region. The leading lady has got a role which no other young actress had got in their profession. She will be portrayed as a slum girl while Dhanush will play the role of gangster based on North Chennai. Directed by the National Award winning director Vetrimaaran, it is bankrolled by Wunderbar Films. Dhanush has just now wrapped up an untitled flick with Prabhu Solomon and he will work with Durai Senthilkumar after Diwali. So Vada Chennai is expected to roll out by mid of 2016. Made in two parts, the shooting is likely to be scheduled for 200 days in Chennai.
