Few sources close to the Ajith starrer Vedhalam has cracked open the core story of it. Looks like Thala plays the role ‘Ganesh’ in the present scenes and in the flashback as a don, Vedhalam. The flashback is based in Chennai and the present at Kolkata. Lakshmi Menon with the character name Tamizh does the role of an art student and as Ajith’s sister. Thambi Ramaiah plays as Ajith’s father and the actor’s favourite Appukutty as his friend. From the title of the movie it was speculated as a horror one. They were saying that after the death of Lakshmi Menon, her ghost haunts Ajith for revenge of her murder. But now they reveal that it is a packed action flick shot at various spots like Binny Mills, Racecourse, Film City and Mohan Studio in Chennai. Some scenes were also shot at foreign locations in Milan, Italy. The music album is expected to release by the midnight of October 15 and the release is for the Diwali.
