New genre music sung by Kamal in Thoongavanam

Thoongavanam

The audio launch and the release of second trailer of Thoongavanam took place on October 7 at Sathyam Cinemas. Dhanush, Vishal, Gautham Menon, Vairamuthu, Ghibran, Shruti Haasan, Trisha, Madhu Shalini, Sampath, Crazy Mohan, Ameer, Suka, Niveda Thomas and many others were present at the event. The occasion was also aired live on YouTube. The music composer Ghibran has got a little space to show his talent in Thoongavanam. There is only one title song that is sung by Kamal Haasan in which Ghibran has tried a different genre of music called as Glitch. Glitch is a kind of electronic music that is rarely made in history and requires special softwares. It is never seen before in Tamil movies and he expects that the audiences welcome the effort. The composer himself says that Glitch gives a feeling of hearing music from torn speakers. But Kamal has stressed him to introduce it to our people through his movie. Interestingly, the actor seemed to have learned it from his daughter Shruti Haasan who has a crazy passion for music.
