Having the Amman statue at the climax of ghost movies are followed since the 1990s. For the climax of the upcoming Aranmanai 2, a similar statue of Amman but the tallest in Asia for 103 feet was erected. The team is also proud that they will enter the Limca Book of Records for the same. The renowned movie makers Sri Thenandal Films is bankrolling this horror. They had thought of making the statue out of graphics but to give reality to the scene, they have spent to make an original. The art director Gururaj had made the statue with plaster of paris, few skeletons and other materials. The climax song is planned to be taken in front of it. Hiphop Tamizha has composed tunes for it and Shobi master will take over the choreography. Directed by Sundar C, the lead actors in this movie are Siddharth, Hansika, Trisha and Poonam Bajwa. The movie is slated for the release by Pongal 2016.
