Back in March, we mentioned that the creators of the Dhanush-led movie Kubera were filming in Bangkok for an extended period. Now, they've started a new filming session in Mumbai. Kubera is directed by filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, known for hits like Happy Days (2007) and Fidaa (2016). Sekhar, along with Chaithanya Pingali, has penned the script. Apart from Dhanush, the main cast of Kubera includes actors such as Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bollywood's Jim Sarbh. The music for the movie will be composed by Devi Sri Prasad, while Niketh Bommi is in charge of the cinematography. Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre are working as production designers. Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao are producing the movie under their company Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, along with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. Kubera was officially started in July 2023, and we revealed the first look and title of the film in February this year.
