The team behind Vijay Kumar's movie "Election" has launched its debut single. Named "Election Song," it features vocals by Mukesh Mohamed and lyrics by Gnanakaravel. The film is directed by Thamizh, known for his work on "Seththumaan." In "Election," Preethi Asrani from "Ayothi" plays the female lead. The movie also includes actors like George Maryan, Dileepan from "Vathikuchi," Richa Joshi, Natchiyal Suganthi, and Pavel Navageethan in key roles. Additionally, there are many new faces in the cast who, according to Thamizh, bring life to the movie. "Election" focuses on the local body elections happening in the Vellore district. Writer Azhagiya Periyavan has written the dialogues for the film. Mahendran Jayaraju is the cinematographer, Govind Vasantha is composing the music, and CS Premkumar is handling the editing.
