Actor Arun Vijay, currently in post-production for Vanangaan, is set to collaborate with director Thirukumaran for his 36th film. The formal launch of Arun Vijay 36 took place with a ceremony in Chennai on Thursday. Thirukumaran, known for directing Sivakarthikeyan's Maan Karate and Udhayanidhi Stalin's Gethu, mentioned that the upcoming movie would mark a significant moment in Arun Vijay's career, similar to how Maan Karate was for Sivakarthikeyan. The film is described as an action thriller. Siddhi Idnani, known for Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu, will star alongside Arun Vijay in addition to Tanya Ravichandran, who plays a significant role. Kannada actor Yogesh will portray the antagonist in his debut Tamil film. The technical team of AV 36, produced by BTG Universal, includes music composer Sam CS, cinematographer Tijo Tomy, editor Anthony, and stunt choreographers AnbAriv.
