The Family Star

Before their movie comes out, the creators of Family Star launched a new song called 'Dekho Re Dekho' during the pre-release event on Tuesday. Family Star stars Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur as the main couple. Written by Anantha Sriram, the song 'Dekho Re Dekho' is a lively introduction song for the main character (Vijay Deverakonda), composed by Gopi Sundar. It playfully teases the character's flaws while celebrating their strengths. Starting with an engaging rap by Jack Styles, the vocals are then taken over by playback singer Hemachandra. Parasuram Petla, who directed Vijay in Geetha Govindham before, has written and directed Family Star. The supporting cast includes actors Vennela Kishore, Jagapathi Babu, and Rohini Hattangidi. KU Mohanan is the cinematographer, while Marthand K Venkatesh edited the film. AS Prakash worked as the art director. Dil Raju and Shirish have funded the movie through Sri Venkateswara Creations. Family Star is scheduled for a global release in theaters on April 5th.
