The people behind Dhanush's 50th movie, now called Raayan, have been sharing lots of news about who will be in the film. Recently, Dhanush announced that actor Saravanan is also in the movie. He even showed Saravanan's character poster from Raayan. Raayan is Dhanush's second movie as a director, following Pa Paandi (2017). In one picture, Dhanush is wearing glasses and sitting on a chair in front of a house. He looks like he's playing a character who's in his 50s or 60s. Apart from Dhanush, the movie also stars Kalidas Jayaram, Sundeep Kishan, SJ Suryah, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in important roles. Filming for Raayan ended in December last year and it's now being worked on after filming. The team behind the scenes includes music by AR Rahman, camera work by Om Prakash, editing by Prasanna GK, and action scenes planned by Peter Hein.
