The trailer, lasting about two minutes, starts with a group of three people, including Bala Saravanan and Senrayan, making a plan to steal a deity's crown. Ineya is shown trying to run away from her home to marry Yogi Babu. The plot then goes back in time to tell the story of a love affair that was not allowed, leading to a tragedy and a spirit seeking revenge. The rest of the story unfolds when the vengeful spirit returns. "Thookudurai" is a movie about a royal family, showing their lives in three different times. The film will also explore how the family impacts the village and the people living there. It promises to be a mix of comedy and emotional moments. Other actors in the movie include Bala Saravanan, Mahesh, Senrayan, Marimuthu, Ashwin, Namo Narayanan, and Rajendran.
