Nowadays, things have changed, and most are open to pursuing the profession they love, regardless of their education. The movie follows the journey of one such person. Vels Film International, the same company that made RJ Balaji's movies LKG and Mookuthi Amman, is supporting Singapore Saloon. In addition to Balaji, the film features actors like Sathyaraj, Lal, Robo Shankar, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Kishen Das.
