The new song "Maamadura" from the Tamil movie Jigarthanda Double X came out on Monday. It was sung by Dhee and Santhosh Narayanan, and the words were written by Vivek. The new movie, which has SJ Suryah and Raghava Lawrence as the main actors, is a follow-up to the movie from 2013, where Siddharth and Bobby Simha played the lead roles. It's set to come out during Diwali. The same director, Karthik Subbaraj, who made the first movie, is also directing this one. Additionally, Nimisha Sajayan, who you might remember from "Chithha," is part of the sequel. The filming for Jigarthanda Double X was finished in early July, and the movie is set to be released on Deepavali 2023. Just like the first part, it's being directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The people working on the movie include music composer Santhosh Narayanan, the cameraman S S Thirunavukarasu (who also worked on movies like Mercury and Petta with Karthik Subbaraj), and the editor Shafique Mohamed Ali. The film is being supported by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam and Kathiresan, and it's being made under the Stone Bench Films & Five Star Creations banners.
