P Vasu, who directed the first one, is also directing this sequel. Supported by Lyca Productions, the movie features Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut as the main characters. "Chandramukhi 2" has many casts like Vadivelu, Radhika Sarathkumar, Mahima Nambiar, Lakshmi Menon, Ravi Maria, and Shrushti Dange.
