The shoot of Jiiva starring as a village rogue against Nayanthara in Thirunaal has been wrapped up within 4 months at outskirts of Kumbakonam. With only a few scenes left out, the post production works are at initial stages. Though the director is doing only his second movie after Ambasamudram Ambani, the subject was liked by the actor as an action filled rural one. Nayanthara pairs with Jiiva for second time since E after 9 years and as a primary school teacher. Jiiva is giving this movie after Yaan which turned out to be an unexpected failure. Some stills from the last day shooting at the sets have been viral in the social media sites with the Ko actor in a blood stained shirt. There were no urban areas covered and was completely rural even for romantic songs.
