Announced on social media, the shooting for "Jailer," an upcoming Tamil film featuring Rajinikanth in the lead role, has been successfully completed. The film is scheduled for release on August 10. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, known for his previous works such as "Doctor" and "Beast," "Jailer" marks the first collaboration between the filmmaker and Rajinikanth. The film is produced under the Sun Pictures banner, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Vijay Kartik Kannan serves as the cinematographer, while Nirmal takes on the role of the editor. In addition to Rajinikanth, "Jailer" will feature an impressive ensemble cast spanning multiple industries. The film includes acclaimed actors such as Mohanlal, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, and Shivrajkumar. Furthermore, Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, and Vinayakan, among others, will also be seen in significant roles.
