The movie stars Bharathi Raja, Aditi Balan, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Yogi Babu, Saaral, Mahana Sanjeevi, SA Chandrasekhar, Pyramid Natarajan, Delhi Ganeshan, and several others. Produced by Durai Veera Sakthi, Karumegangal Kalaiginrana features a skilled technical crew, with N K Ekambaram handling cinematography and B Lenin taking charge as the editor. The film Karumegangal Kalaiginrana expands upon a short story written by the director back in 2006.
