The makers of "Kaadhal Conditions Apply," featuring actor Mahat in the lead role, revealed the film's official release date on Monday. Co-starring Sana Makbul as the female lead, this highly anticipated movie is scheduled to hit theaters on June 16. Directed by R Aravind, "Kaadhal Conditions Apply" features an impressive ensemble cast including Venkat Prabhu, Dhivya Dharshini, Vivek Prasanna, Abhishek Rajaa, Maheshwari, and the actor Manobala (late). The film is jointly produced by Ravichandran's Libra Productions and Nithin Sathyaa's Shvedh Group. Bringing their expertise to "Kaadhal Conditions Apply," the talented technical crew includes Karthick Nallamuthu as the cinematographer, Anand Geraldin as the editor, and Ramesh Thamilmani, the director of "Let's Get Married," composing the music. Speaking of Mahat's recent projects, he made his Hindi debut in "Double XL." Apart from "Kaadhal Conditions Apply," he has two more films in the pipeline, namely "Kettavanu Peruyedhutha Nalavanda" and "Ivan Than Uthaman." Additionally, Mahat will be seen in an extended cameo appearance in "Maruthu Nagar Police Station," slated for release on May 19.
