Vidya Balan is set to make a comeback to the silver screen with a murder mystery movie called Neeyat. The film is scheduled for release in theaters on July 7. Anu Menon, who previously directed Vidya in Shakuntala Devi, will direct the movie, which will be produced by Prime Video and Abundantia Entertainment led by Vikram Malhotra. Neeyat portrays a captivating tale of suspense, with Vidya Balan as an unlikely detective investigating mysterious murders at a billionaire's party where everyone has something to hide. Anu, Advaita Kala, and Girvani Dhyani have written the story for the film, while Anu, Priya Venkataraman, Advaita, and Girvani have penned the screenplay. Kausar Munir is responsible for the dialogue. The movie will feature a talented ensemble cast, including Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, Mita Vasishth, Neeraj Kabi, Shahana Goswami, Amrita Puri, Dipannita Sharma, Shashank Arora, Prajakta Koli, and Danesh Razvi.
