Ali Abbas Zafar has written and directed the action-thriller film "Bloody Daddy". Shahid Kapoor is making a comeback with the official remake of the French film "Nuit Blanche" after his successful web series "Farzi".

This film was produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Sunir Khetarpal, Gaurav Bose, Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and the director Ali Abbas Zafar under the banners of AAZ Films and Offside Entertainment. Jio Studios has acquired the distribution rights for India and will release the film widely in theatres.

The first look poster of "Bloody Daddy" features Shahid Kapoor with a prominent injury and a scar on his nose. The tagline on the poster reads, "Shahid Kapoor is Bloody Daddy."

The theatrical release date for the movie Bloody Daddy is set for June 9, 2023.


Shahid Kapoor also known as Shahid Khattar, is an Indian film actor known for his work in Hindi films. He is the recipient of two Filmfare Awards from four nominations.

Kapoor began his career by working in several music videos and television commercials. He made his film debut with a leading role in the romantic comedy Ishq Vishk (2003) for which he won a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. He followed it with roles in lesser successful films like Fida (2004) and Shikhar (2005), before starring in Sooraj R. Barjatya's highly successful family drama Vivah (2006). He earned nominations for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for portraying a troubled businessman in Imtiaz Ali's romantic comedy Jab We Met (2007) and twin brothers in Vishal Bhardwaj's caper thriller Kaminey (2009).
