Vada Chennai is the upcoming action directed by Vetrimaaran that has been in talks for a very long time since 2009. The movie is said to have an ensemble cast of Dhanush, Andrea, Kishore and Susan George. The story seems to be a gangster film set up in North Chennai which was first announced with Simbu. The movie has an ensemble cast with equal importance given to every characters because of the story. Samantha will be the love interest of Dhanush pairing with him for the second time after VIP 2. Vetrimaaran says that he has been thinking of roping Samantha to his films since many of his past ventures. And now when he narrated the one line script of Vada Chennai, she has nodded for this flick. Meanwhile the director is ready for the screening of Visaranai in the Venice International Film Festival.
