It looks like Vijay held peace talks with the distributor Cosmo Siva who holds rights to screen the movie in Trichy and Coimbatore regions for a wide and smooth release of Vaalu. Siva used to distribute predominantly Vijay’s movies in Coimbatore and has nodded for Vaalu on request by Vijay. The release in other regions like in Salem will be taken care by T.Rajendar under Chimbu Cine Arts. Vijay was even ready to help them financially but as they were resolved by T.Rajendar, his word with the distributors was sufficient. Simbu was the first one in the industry to support for Thalaivaa’s issue in release and now it is the gratitude back to him. All the hindrances have been cleared and Vaalu will be in theatres on August 14 and official announcement is to be made. The day will be a competition between Vaalu and Arya’s VSOP.
