Paayum Puli is an upcoming flick featuring the Sandakozhi hero, Vishal, Kajal Agarwal and directed by Suseenthiran. Vishal stars as an underground police officer named Jayaseelan and has Soori, Samuthirakani, Anandaraj in the supporting roles. The movie is scheduled to be released on September 17. The director is uniting with Vishal for the second time after their success times in Pandiya Naadu. The movie is based on a true story that happened in Madurai like the Paandiya Naadu. Lakshmi Menon and Shruti Haasan were approached to play the female leads and were replaced by Kajal. The same team of Paandiya Naadu is carried down except the Cinematographer Velraj. The making of a single track from the album starting as ‘Silukku Marame’ composed by D.Imman is popular in social media from July 15. Lyrics written by Vairamuthu and sung by Divya Kumar from Bollywood and Shashaa Tirupati, the OK Kanmani singer, it forms a mega hit hitting thousands of viewers.
