Udhayanidhi Stalin who was initially producing movies started to act as well. In the series of his filmography Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal and Nannbenda, another rom-com is going to be added. Director Ahmed who has given Endrendrum Punnagai will be joining with Udhayanidhi for the next one. It will be produced by Red Giant movies itself. The movie’s title was confirmed as ‘Idhayam Murali’. Sources say that it will be made in Hindi and Hansika will be the female lead. Prakash Raj and Radha Ravi will be having a pivotal role. Thambi Ramaiah will be taking over the comedy part unlike Santhanam. The storyline is anticipated to be of a friendship base and a romantic song will be filmed in Scotland. R.Madhi will be the cinematographer as in Ahmed’s previous movie, Endrendrum Punnagai. Also nearly 70% of the film was planned to be shot in US. So we can expect a colourful modern visual. Earlier Anirudh was said to compose tunes but now it is confirmed as Santhosh Narayanan who recently made for 36 Vayathinile and Jigarthanda.
