If there’s one film that has left many gushing with wonder, it has got to be without a doubt ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, 2.0, slated for a November 29, 2018 release date. Directed by Shankar, 2.0, said to be a spinoff to the 2010 blockbuster, Enthiran, includes A. R. Rahman scoring the music under the Lyca Productions banner with Bollywood superstar, Akshay Kumar, as the antagonist. With post-production works ongoing at present, fans have been waiting with bated breath for a word on the 2.0 teaser trailer for quite some time now. And, it looks like we now have the first word on the 2.0 teaser trailer from none other than Academy Award-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty. Resul went on to indirectly imply that the 2.0 teaser trailer could be coming out on August 15 while answering a fan’s query on Twitter. Although the Oscar winner's statement can be taken as a confirmation, we now await an official statement from Lyca Productions and/or Shankar next.
