Kamal Haasan’s Papanasam being released on July 3rd, his next movie Thoonga Vanam is getting ready in a faster pace. Thoonga Vanam as the name implies looks like the remake of French movie Sleepless Night casting Kamal, Trisha, Manisha Koirala, Prakash Raj, Sampath Raj, Asha Sarath, Uma Riyaz Khan, Yugi Sethu and Kishore. The movie is simultaneously made in Tamil as well as Telugu in the name of Cheekati Rajyam. The storyline is the hostaging of a kid in a club and the chase by police to find him. As the major part of shooting will be covered in a pub in a single night, a set was made in VGP Golden Beach where the shooting is going on with Kamal, Trisha and Kishore. We know already that Trisha is the cop in the movie and now Kishore also joins her in the role. The club looks so real with even a name “Insomnia” apt to the movie’s title. Sources say that Kamal was often noted in a white shirt with blood spilled all over and Trisha and Kishore with injuries depicting a good action. With about half the works over, they are ready to wrap up the shooting by the end of July.
