Seenu Ramasamy who had shown Vishnu in a different perspective in Neerparavai and Vijay Sethupathi in another way in Thenmerku Paruvakaatru had now combined both of them in Idam Porul Yaeval. Female leads are done by Nandita Swetha and Iyshwarya Rajesh. The songs are given by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the lyrics by Vairamuthu who join for the first time. There has been an official announcement that this movie will be released in the month of July but the date is yet to be finalized. Baahubali, Papanasam, Maari, Vaalu and Rajini Murugan were also planned to release in July.
