Actor Soori shared on social media that his new movie "Garudan" has been given a UA certificate by the Censor Board. Directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar, the film features Soori, Sasikumar, and Unni Mukundan in the main roles. Sasikumar and Unni Mukundan play childhood pals, Karuna and Adhi, ready to do anything for each other. But when Chokan (played by Soori) enters their lives, things get complicated.

Other actors in the movie include Samuthrakani, Dushyanth, RV Udayakumar, Vadivukkarasi, Sshivada, Mime Gopi, Roshini Haripriyan, Brigida Saga, and Revathi Sharma.

In "Garudan," the camera work is done by Arthur A Wilson, the music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, and the editing is handled by Pradeep E Raghav. The movie is made by K Kumar under his Lark Studios company and is set to come out on May 31.

The director wrote the movie's story, which was originally by Vetrimaaran. Garudan also features Samuthirakani, Sshivada Nair, Revathi Sharma, Mime Gopi, and Rajendran.

Yuvan Shankar Raja made the music for the movie. Arthur A Wilson shot the film Garudan, and Pradeep E Raghav edited it. The movie is produced by K Kumar under Lark Studios.

Garudan will be out by the end of May.

For Valentine's Day, the creators of the movie "Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai," starring Nivin Pauly, Anjali, and Soori, have released the first song from the film. The song is called "Marubadi Nee" and is sung by actor Siddharth, with lyrics by Madhan Karky.

"Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai" is directed by well-known filmmaker Ram, who has made popular movies like "Kattradhu Thamizh," "Thanga Meengal," "Taramani," and "Peranbu" in the past.

The movie recently premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where the audience loved its engaging story, which portrays love, understanding, and survival through different eras.

Suresh Kamatchi, under V House Productions, is producing it. Yuvan Shankar, a frequent collaborator of director Ram, is creating the music. NK Ekhambaram is the cinematographer, Mathi VS is editing it, Stunt Silva is in charge of the action, and Umesh J Kumar is handling the production design.

Soori is an Indian film actor who appears in Tamil films. He rose to fame after his role in the film Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu (2009), in which the scene involving a parotta eating challenge earned him the nickname Parotta Soori.
