Chiranjeevi's big upcoming mythological movie Vishwambhara finished filming in Hyderabad. They shot some important scenes, like dialogue parts, a song, and an action scene. They also filmed parts with the main actors Chiranjeevi and Trisha during this time.

Vishwambhara is written and directed by Vassishta, with help on the script from Srinivas Gavireddy, Ganta Sridhar, Nimmagadda Srikanth, and Mayukh Adithya. Vikram, Vamsi, and Pramod are producing the film under the UV Creations banner. 

Karthik Sabareesh, known for his recent independent production Gaami, is the executive producer. Chota K Naidu is the cinematographer, with editing by Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao and Santhosh Kamireddy, and production design by AS Prakash. Vishwambhara is set to release in theaters on January 10, 2025, for the Sankranti festival.

Chiranjeevi Vishwambhara finishes filming in Hyderabad

Chiranjeevi recently started working on his new movie called "Vishwambhara," which is a mix of social and fantasy themes. The movie creators revealed on Monday that Trisha will be playing the main female character. Chiranjeevi even posted a video of Trisha arriving on the movie set.

"Vishwambhara" is directed and written by Mallidi Vassishta. He previously directed "Bimbisara" in 2022, which starred Kalyanram Nandamuri. "Vishwambhara" is produced by Vamsi and Pramod under UV Creations. The dialogues are written by Sai Madhav Burra. MM Keeravani composed the music, Chota K Naidu handled the cinematography, and Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao and Santhosh Kamireddy edited the film.

"Vishwambhara" started filming its main scenes in November 2023. They shot scenes without Chiranjeevi in Maredumilli. They built thirteen sets for different parts of the movie. The movie is planned to be released on January 10, 2025, for Sankranti.

Trisha's recent movies include "Ponniyin Selvan: II" and "Leo." Next, she'll be in "Vidaa Muyarchi" with Ajith, as well as in Malayalam movies "Ram" and "Identity." She's also cast in Mani Ratnam's upcoming film "Thug Life".


Trisha joins Chiranjeevi Vishwambhara movie crew

On Monday, the creators of "Naa Saami Ranga" shared that Kannada actor Ashika Ranganath will be the main actress in the movie. "Naa Saami Ranga" is an action-packed film with Akkineni Nagarjuna in the lead role. Ashika will portray a character named Varalakshmi, and they even revealed a poster showcasing her in traditional attire.

"Naa Saami Ranga," directed by Vijay Binny, will be hitting theaters next month during Sankranti. Currently, there are five films scheduled for release during the Sankranti festival window: Guntur Kaaram, Saindhav, Naa Saami Ranga, Eagle, and Hanu Man. 

Although "Family Star," featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur, was initially part of this lineup, the makers decided to delay its release until the summer of 2024.

The script for Naa Saami Ranga is written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada, known for his work in the movie Dhamaka. Srinivasaa Chitturi is producing the film under the Srinivasaa Silver Screens banner. The music for the movie is composed by MM Keeravani, and Chandrabose has penned the lyrics.


Ashika Ranganath Takes the Lead in Naa Saami Ranga

Koduri Marakathamani Keeravaani, better known as M. M. Keeravani, is an Indian film music composer and playback singer, who works in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi cinema. He is also known by his aliases Marakathamani, Vedanarayana and M. M. Kreem. He has recorded a maximum number of songs with singers S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and K. S. Chithra. In 1997, he was awarded the National Film Award for Best Music Direction for the movie Annamayya. He has won five Filmfare Awards, eight state Nandi Awards and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award.
