Yaarivan is a murder mystery thriller amidst a love story, with the sport of kabaddi in the background. Sachiin and Esha Gupta will be playing the lead roles. Reputed stars such as Prabhu, Satish, Vennela Kishore and Kishore Kumar will also be seen gracing the screen.

Directed by T Sathya and with music composed by SS Thaman, the movie is also going to mark Sachiin's entry into the Tamil film industry.
