To celebrate the actor's birthday, the makers of "Criminal" unveiled a new poster featuring Sarath Kumar on Friday. Sporting a short mustache and a fearless expression, Sarath Kumar captivates with his look. Alongside Sarath Kumar, the film also stars Gautham Karthick in a prominent role.

"Parsa Pictures" and "Big Print Pictures" join forces to produce the upcoming film "Criminal," written and directed by debutant Dhakshina Moorthy Ramar. The film is helmed by producers PR Meenakshi Sundaram and IB Karthikeyan.

The director revealed that "Criminal" is an intriguing murder mystery set in Madurai. Sarath Kumar portrays the role of a rural cop, while Gautham Karthick takes on the character of an accused.

The technical crew of "Criminal" includes the talented cinematographer Prasanna S Kumar, the acclaimed music composer Sam CS, the skilled editor Manikandan Balaji, and the accomplished production designer Surya Rajeevan. Their collective expertise will contribute to the film's visual and auditory impact, ensuring a captivating cinematic experience.

Manu Anand's next film, "Mr. X," will feature Arya and Gautham Karthik in lead roles in this movie. The creators of the movie revealed the first look motion poster on Monday. The screenplay for "Mr. X" was written by Manu Anand, Divyanka Anand Shankar, and Raam H Puthran, with Manu having previously directed Vishnu Vishal's "FIR."

According to Manu, "Mr. X" is an action drama that centers around two characters, portrayed by Arya and Gautham, who team up for a shared goal. The plot follows their decision-making process, leading to a specific situation and how they overcome it. Additionally, Manu mentioned that "Mr. X" looks into the emotions of a father-son bond as well.
