Veteran producer AVM Saravanan has completed 60 years in the film industry as a producer. From his AVM Productions, he has bankrolled 125 films in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. To mark this feat, a series of articles titled Naanum Cinemavum has been compiled as a book. The book by Saravanan was unveiled recently at an event.

While veteran actor Sivakumar released the first set of copies, industrialist Nalli Kuppusamy received the same. Others who graced the event include lyricists Vairamuthu, Aroordas, producer Suresh, and veteran filmmaker SP Muthuraman. Saravanan’s family, including his son MS Guhan and granddaughters Aparna and Aruna were present.
