The people who are making GV Prakash's new movie, 'Kalvan,' said on Monday that the movie will come out in theaters on April 4. They shared this news with a video that shows a man talking about two thieves, played by GV Prakash and Dheena, who will be in our towns on April 4.

The movie 'Kalvan' is directed by PV Shankar, who is also a cinematographer. Axess Film Factory is supporting this movie. It stars Bharathiraja, Ivana, G Gnanasambandam, Vinoth Munna, Jenson Dhivakar, Prasanna Balachandran, and Nivedita.

The movie was mostly filmed in and around the Sathyamangalam forest reserve. Director PV Shankar and Ramesh Aiyappan worked together on the script for 'Kalvan.' It's interesting that the director is also doing the cinematography for the film. 

Apart from acting as the main character, GV Prakash also created the music for the movie. Reva has composed the background music for 'Kalvan'.

Ivana's new movie, "Mathimaran," just released its trailer featuring debut actor Venkat Senguttavan. The film, written and directed by Mantra Veerapandian, tells the story of siblings Nedumaaran and Ivana. 

Nedumaaran faces challenges due to his height, but his supportive sister is always there for him. As he grows up, he falls in love, but things take a dark turn with a series of murders in the city.

Director Mantra, drawing from his own experiences, mentioned how the film reflects his life's struggles with discrimination. 

The cast includes MS Bhaskar, Aadukalam Narein, Aradya, and Bava Chelladurai. With Karthik Raaja handling the music, Parvaez K behind the camera, and Sathish Suriya editing, the film is set to release in December, though an official date is yet to be announced. Stay tuned for more updates!
