The release date for the thriller series "Dahaad," starring Sonakshi Sinha and Vijay Varma, has been announced. Produced by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, the show is set to premiere on Prime Video on May 12th.

On Instagram, the creators shared a poster for the series, featuring Sonakshi as the protagonist and Anjali Bhati, a police officer. Sonakshi is wearing khaki and looking intently at the camera, while behind her is a board displaying photographs of young girls with the word "Missing" written beneath each one.

Dahaad made history earlier this year as the first Indian series to debut at the prestigious Berlinale International Film Festival. The show is an eight-episode thriller directed by Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi, with executive production from Ritesh Sidhwani, Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar, and Reema Kagti.
