Meera kathiravan whose directorial debut ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’ won critical reviews, is all set with her next movie ‘Vizhithiru’. This film is a multi-starrer, revolves around the incidents which happen in 12 hours.
 
 
The film cast includes Krishna, Vidharth, Venkat Prabhu, Dhansika, Abhinaya, Thambi Ramaiah, ‘Deiva Thirumagal’ Sara and Nagendra Babu in lead roles.Debutants Rahul Bhaskaran and Erica Fernandes are in crucial roles. It is said that the whole film was shot around Ritchie Street, Mount Road, and Vepery in Chennai.
 
The cinematography is handled by Vijay Milton, Praveen K L and N B Srikanth are the editors for the film. Sathyan was finalized as the Music composer while talks were on with Yuvan Shankar Raja for composing.

Vizhithiru: ‘Stay Awake” for a reason

After receiving accolades for the critically acclaimed Women centric film ‘Aval Peyar Tamizharasi’, Director Meera Kathiravan is now all set for his next unique journey through the Multi - Starrer film ‘VIZHITHIRU’ that has three significant heroes Krishna - Vidharth - Venkat Prabhu in the lead. Produced by Meera Kathiravan jointly with his friends under the banner ‘Haya Mariyam Film House’ and Directed by himself, the film VIZHITHIRU has a strong casting that includes Thambi Ramaiah, SP.Saran, Dhanshika, Abhinaya, Rahul Baskaran, Erika Fernandez, Baby Sara, Sudha Chandran in pivotal roles and ‘Chiranjeevi’s brother Naga Babu who has acted in more than one hundred Telugu Films in a very crucial role. The censor board has given a clean ‘U’ certificate for ‘VIZHITHIR’U’.

“VIZHITHUR’U’ portrays the true happenings of our Society, and our entire team is very happy to receive the ‘U’ certificate from the censor board for such a strong message giving story. To travel and sustain in this tough society, one has to stay awake. I am pretty sure that our VIZHITHURU will inject the importance of staying awake in tough situations. We have planned to release our VIZHITHURU in the second week of February” reveals Director Meera Kathiravan confidently.
