Mini Bio: Devi Sri Prasad is an Indian film Music Composer
Devi Sri Prasad is an Indian music composer, playback singer and lyricist in Telugu and Tamil films, currently residing in Hyderabad, Telangana. Prasad's family moved to Chennai where he completed his schooling and BBA graduation. At school, he studied Kabir dohas and composed tunes for them. Prasad started off by composing tunes for college functions. He gave music to 50–50, a serial on Gemini TV and lent his voice to its title song. Magnasound featured his song "Ey Unnoda" in the their collection of Tamil pop songs called Dance Party. Later on, the company released his album, Mr.Devi. Kamal Haasan chose Prasad for the background score of his film Dasavathaaram. Kamal Haasan called him 'The Showman for his ability to compose, sing, write and perform live shows. In addition to composing, Prasad has provided vocals for his musical works as well.
