The creators of Kavin's movie Star have just put out a new song from the film. It's called 'Jimikky's Ghazal' and features lyrics in both Tamil and Hindi. Sung by Neha Girish, the song's lyrics are written by Ra. Niranjan Bharathi & Hafeez hoshiarpuri.

The movie is directed by Elan, known for his first film Pyaar Prema Kaadhal in 2018.he mentioned that Star would be a blend of college life, romance, and family drama, unlike his debut, which was a romantic comedy.

The filming finished in February. The creators had already released four songs from the movie: 'College Superstars', 'Star In The Making', 'Vintage Love', and 'Melody'.

Besides Kavin, the movie features Lal, Preity Mukundhan, and Geetha Kailasam.Elan and music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja are working together again for this movie after Pyaar Prema Kaadhal.

The team working on Star includes cinematographer Ezhil Arasu, editor Pradeep E Ragav, costume designer Sujith Sudhakaran, art director Vinoth Raj Kumar, and stunt director Vicky.

New Song 'Jimikky' Ghazal' from Kavin Movie Star Released

A short video showing a preview of the song 'Vintage Love' from the movie 'Star,' starring Kavin, was released by the creators on Monday. 

The romantic rock song is sung and composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, with lyrics by Kabilan. The complete video of the song will be available on April 4th. Earlier, the first single 'College Superstars' was released on December 12th, followed by the second single 'Star In The Making' on February 16th.

Kavin, Aaditi Pohankar, Lal, Preity Mukundhan, and Geetha Kailasam are in the cast. The technical crew consists of music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, cameraman Ezhil Arasu, editor Pradeep E Ragav, costume designer Sujith Sudhakaran, art director Vinoth Raj Kumar, and stunt director Vicky.

The movie "Star" is made by BVSN Prasad and Sreenidhi Sagar, under Rise East Entertainment and Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra banners.

A Sneak Peek at 'Vintage Love' from the Movie 'Star,' Featuring Kavin

On Saturday, the team behind Kavin's Star shared that Yuvan Shankar Raja, the music director, has started redoing the music for the movie. Star is created and directed by Elan, known for Pyaar Prema Kaadhal.

Aaditi Pohankar will play the main female role in Star, alongside Lal, Preity Mukundhan, and Geetha Kailasam in supporting roles. It's important to mention that initially, Harish Kalyan was set to be the lead actor but was later replaced by Kavin.

Ezhil Arasu, who previously worked on Dada, is the cinematographer for Star, with editing by Pradeep E Ragav. National Award-winner Sujith Sudhakaran is designing the costumes, and Vinoth Raj Kumar N is the art director.

Yuvan Shankar Raja Starts Recording for Kavin STAR Movie

Kavin Raj is an Indian film and television actor and television presenter.

He began his career in Star Vijay as serial actor. He appeared in Kana kanum kalagal as Shiva, then played a role in Saravanan Meenatchi as Murugan and Saravanan Meenatchi part 2 as Vettaiyan . He also appeared in Intru netru nalai in a cameo appearance as heroine pair. He currently hosts a reality television show called Kings of Dance on Star Vijay. He will appear soon in Vikram Prabhu's upcoming movie Sathriyan as a co-star.
