On Sunday evening, the creators of Operation Valentine revealed when their official trailer will come out. The action-packed movie stars Varun Tej and Manushi Chillar. Renaissance Pictures, the company behind the film, posted a new poster on their social media page, announcing that the "final strike" trailer for Operation Valentine will be released on Tuesday, February 20th.

In addition to Varun Tej and Manushi, Operation Valentine features Shataf Figar, Ruhani Sharma, and Mir Sarwar. This movie also marks the first time director Shakti Pratap Singh Hada steps into the director's chair, having previously worked in advertising. Shakti, along with Aamir Nahid Khan, Siddharth Raj Kumar, and Vaibhav Vishal, has co-written the film.

Two weeks ago, the creators of Operation Valentine announced that they were delaying the release of their movie. Originally planned for February 16, the film will now come out in Telugu and Hindi on March 1.


Release date for the Operation Valentine trailer announced!

Varun Tej and Manushi Chillar are going to work together in a new movie called Operation Valentine, which will be in both Hindi and Telugu. The creators of the movie released the first song, "Vande Mataram," on Thursday. 

The music for the Telugu version of the song is done by Mickey J Meyer, and Saraswathiputhra and Ramajogayya Sastry wrote the lyrics. Kunal Kundu sang the song. For the Hindi version, Kumaar wrote the lyrics, and Sukhwinder Singh sang it.

Shakti Pratap Singh Hada wrote and directed the movie. Operation Valentine is Shakti's first film as a director, and it's described as an exciting patriotic thriller. Before this, Shakti worked as an ad filmmaker. Aamir Khan and Siddharth Raj Kumar also contributed to the film's writing. Sai Madhav Burra wrote the dialogues. The cinematography is by Hari K Vedantam, and Navin Nooli handled the editing. 

Sony Pictures International, the same company that supported Adivi Sesh's Major, the movie about late Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan last year, is also supporting Operation Valentine. The movie is set to be released in theaters on February 16, 2024.


First song, "Vande Mataram," from Operation Valentine, is released!

We shared before that Varun Tej is teaming up with director Karuna Kumar for his 14th film, "Matka," known for directing Palasa 1978. 

The makers have now revealed that they plan to start filming in December. The movie stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the main female character, and Nora Fatehi, a Bollywood model, singer, actor, and dancer of Iranian origin, will be part of the film, appearing in both the regular scenes and dance sequences.

The movie creators shared that they're building a huge set near Hyderabad. As they wrap up the planning phase, Varun Tej is getting ready to start shooting next month.

The film features Naveen Chandra, Kannada Kishore, Ajay Ghosh, Mime Gopi, Roopalakshmi, Vijayarama Raju, Jagadeesh, and Raj Thirandas in supporting roles. The music for the movie is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with Priyaseth handling the cinematography and Karthika Srinivas R. taking care of the editing.

"Matka" is produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala for Vyra Entertainments. Notably, it's Varun Tej's first pan-India film, set to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
