Mission: Chapter 1, also known as Mission: Chapter 1 – Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye, is an upcoming action thriller film in the Tamil language directed by A. L. Vijay. It's being produced by Lyca Productions, Sri Shridri Sai Movies, New March Fast Pictures, and Aspen Film Production PVT. The movie features Arun Vijay and Amy Jackson in lead roles, supported by Nimisha Sajayan, Ali Hassan, Bharat Bopana, and Iyal. Initially announced in October 2022 as Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye, the film's official title was later altered to Mission: Chapter 1 – Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye in April 2023 due to production changes. Principal photography kicked off in London in the same month as the original announcement and was mainly filmed there and in Chennai, concluding by late-February 2023. The film boasts music by G. V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Sandeep K. Vijay, and editing by Anthony. Mission: Chapter 1 – Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye is set for a theatrical release on January 12, 2024, coinciding with the Pongal celebrations.
